Hallahan Law, LLC Assists Rota High School Mock Trial Team in Second-Place Finish

Hallahan Law, LLC was pleased to serve as an attorney-coach for the Dr. Rita Hocog Inos Junior Senior High School mock trial team from Rota during the 26th Annual CNMI High School Mock Trial Competition, held March 5–6, 2026, at the United States Courthouse in Gualo Rai.

The competition, hosted by the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands in partnership with the NMI Bar Association and the CNMI Public School System, brought together seven high schools from Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. Students participated as attorneys and witnesses in a fictitious civil case and presented their arguments before judges and members of the legal community.

Dr. Rita Hocog Inos Junior Senior High School advanced to the championship round and finished Second Place in this year’s competition. The firm was honored to support the students as they developed advocacy, analysis, and courtroom presentation skills through the mock trial program.
